Our kitchen is open, and so is our chef — almost yours alone for the evening, cooking with whatever came fresh from the market that same morning. Watch the Kampot pepper get crushed, the vegetables hit the wok, dinner take shape a few steps from your table.
Part meal, part show — always fresh.
Nothing sits in a freezer waiting for you. Herbs are cut minutes before they reach the pan, vegetables are still warm from the sun, and every plate is started only once you've ordered it.
Included with every stay and served wherever suits you best: on the terrace as the garden wakes up, by the pool, or brought straight to your room on a tray — eggs, toast, fresh fruit and good coffee, no rushing required.
As the light turns amber over the river, the pool bar is where most evenings end up. A cold drink, your feet still in the water, and no particular reason to move.
